For Bed/Dormitory reservation, please select 1 Adult per reservation at a time.  For Private room reservation, you can have up to 2 person per reservation..  No children allowed.

Property Policies & Conditions

1. Check-in time:  2:00pm - 10:00pm.
2. Check-out time:  7:00am - 11:00am.
3. For guests arriving after 10:00pm, please notify us by email or by phone call prior to your arrival.  Otherwise, we will consider the guest(s) as "NO SHOW" and will cancel the booking.
4. Payment Method:  Cash (THB) only, upon arrival.
5. Passport is STRICTLY REQUIRED for checking in.
6. Maximum consecutive nights staying is 5 nights per reservation (may be extended upon availability).
7. THB 200 deposit is required for key and towel when checking in.  This is refundable when checking out.
8. Smoking is prohibited inside the house or bathroom and outside dorm room. Smoking is permitted only in the garden area.
9. Age restriction:  minimum age to stay is 18 years old.
10. Cancellation policy:  At least 3 days in advance notice before the arrival date is required.
11. Air-conditioner time is from 5:00pm-11:00am or will be turned off if there is no guest in the room, except private room.
12. One person per bed.  No sharing.
13. No non-customer(s) in the dorm room.
14. No pets please.
15. Quite time starts from 10:00pm - 11:00am.
16. No food or drink (alcohol) is allowed inside the room.
17. Counter hours - 07:00am - 10:00pm.
